The idea behind the Heist was to keep it simple. From a traditional frame, to a traditional style motor, no overhead cams, no 4 valve heads. Simplicity has its benefits. A OHV motor with 1 intake and 1 exhaust port keep parts complexity down, with providing plenty of power for low end pickup and high end cruising. The lack of extra brackets, tabs and fake plastic parts, also allows us to boast a very light weight (roughly 300lbs, depending on how the bike is packaged).
The Heist was designed as a blank canvas to allow the rider to leave their own mark. At roughly $4000 USD, you can create a beautiful and affordable custom bike for under $5000. Our stock bike features more custom touches then any other major manufacturers current offerings. Dual piston front and rear calipers, stainless steel braided and bonded brake lines, 74 and 68 chrome spoked wheels (many OEM's use 40), 1020DOM frame, Internal sealed ball bearing races for the forward controls smooth operation, 3 way adjustable solo seat with choice of seat shocks, or classic seat springs, all steel fenders, battery box, oil tank and gas tank.
Simplicity is not easily achieved, but we feel that a beautiful balance was kept on the final design. Ride it stock or use it as a blank canvas. It's great to start with a solid platform to build any custom from.
With over 80MPG and 70MPH+ cruising, priced around $4000 USD (worldwide) and a beautiful classic look. The Heist is just as happy being your daily workhorse as it is country roads.
